柴胡三仁汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃湿热证临床研究

摘要：目的:观察柴胡三仁汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃湿热证的临床疗效。方法:选取90例慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组服用浓缩型摩罗丹进行治疗,观察组根据患者病情辨证使用柴胡三仁汤进行治疗,2组均连续治疗4周,治疗前后对2组患者的临床症状进行评分,观察2组的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率95.6%,对照组总有效率71.1%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组胃脘胀痛、痞满烦闷、食少纳呆及嘈杂反酸症状积分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组4项症状积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证使用柴胡三仁汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者进行治疗,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,提高临床治疗效果,且安全性较好。

Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Sanren tang in treating chronic atrophic gastritis patients with damp-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach.Methods：Selected 90 chronic atrophic gastritis patients with damp-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach，and divided them into the control group and the observation group being 45 cases in each.The control group was treated with Muoluodan concentrated pill，while the observation group was treated with Chaihu Sanren tang based on syndrome differentiation.Treatment of both group lasted for four weeks，evaluated clinical symptoms of both groups before and after treatment，and observed clinical effect and incidence of adverse reaction of both groups.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 95.6%in the observation group，and was 71.1%in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).Compared with those before treatment，scores of epigastric pain，irritancy due to epigastric fullness，poor appetite，epigastric upset of both groups were lower after treatment，differences being significant(P＜0.05).Scores of the four indexes of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion：Applying Chaihu Sanren tang based on syndrome differentiation can relieve clinical symptoms of patients，improve clinical curative effect and has good safety in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with damp-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach.
