连术汤加减治疗口腔白斑临床观察

摘要：目的:观察连术汤加减治疗口腔白斑的临床疗效。方法:将85例口腔白斑患者随机分为2组,对照组42例给予转移因子胶囊治疗,观察组43例在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用连术汤加减。治疗1月后比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后补体C3和免疫球蛋白、不良反应发生的情况。结果:总有效率观察组95.3%,高于对照组69.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后,2组补体C3比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,2组免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG均有改善,与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;2组治疗后免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG比较,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;不良反应发生率观察组4.7%,对照组11.9%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:连术汤加减治疗口腔白斑,临床疗效良好,可有效改善免疫球蛋白,不良反应少。

Abstract：Adjective：To observe clinical effect of modified Lianzhu tang for oral leukoplakia.Methods：Divided 85 patients with oral leukoplakia into two groups randomly.The 42 cases of the control group were given transfer factor capsules，and the 43 cases in the observation group were given modified Lianzhu tang additionally，based on the treatment of the control group.Compared clinical effect，complement C3，and immunoglobulin，and incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups in one month after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 95.3%in the observation group，being higher than the 69.0%of the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).After treatment，compared complement C3of the two groups，there was no significant difference(P＞0.05).Immunoglobulin(IgA、IgM、IgG)of both groups were improved when compared with those before treatment，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).Compared immunoglobulin(IgA、IgM、IgG)of both groups after treatment，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).Incidence of adverse reaction was 4.7% in the observation group，and was 11.9%in the control group，there was no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion：Modified Lianzhu tang has good clinical efficacy in treating oral leukoplakia，which can effectively improve immunoglobulin and has little adverse reaction.
