三伏天脐疗联合匹维溴铵片治疗脾肾阳虚型IBS—D疗效观察

摘要：目的:观察三伏天脐疗联合匹维溴铵片治疗脾肾阳虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的临床疗效。方法:将70例脾肾阳虚型IBS-D患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组于三伏天给予温肾止泻方脐疗加匹维溴铵片口服,对照组单纯给予匹维溴铵片口服。评估2组治疗效果,观察患者治疗前后腹痛、腹胀等消化道症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率88.57%,对照组总有效率62.86%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组腹痛、腹胀、排便次数、粪便性状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组腹痛、腹胀、排便次数、粪便性状评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的4项症状评分均较对照组下降更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三伏天脐疗联合匹维溴铵片治疗脾肾阳虚型IBS-D,能有效改善患者的临床症状,治疗效果优于单纯使用匹维溴铵片。

Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of navel therapy of disease in dog days combined with pinaverium bromide tablets for irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea(IBS-D)of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.Methods：Divided 70 cases of IBS-D patients of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type into the treatment group and the control group randomly，35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with navel therapy of Wenshen Zhixie prescription in dog days combined with pinaverium bromide tablets，while the control group was only treated with pinaverium bromide tablets.Evaluated the curative effect in both groups，and observed digestive tract symptoms such as abdominal pain and abdominal distension in both groups before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 88.57%in the treatment group and 62.86%in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of scores of abdominal pain，abdominal distension，defecation frequency and defecation condition between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment，scores of abdominal pain，abdominal distension，defecationfrequency and defecation condition in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the four symptom scores in the treatment group were declined more obviously than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The navel therapy of disease in dog days combined with pinaverium bromide tablets for IBS-D of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients，and its curative effect is superior to that of the therapy of pure pinaverium bromide tablets.
