中药外用治疗寻常型痤疮研究进展

摘要：痤疮属于中医学肺风粉刺的范畴。中药外治法来源于中医内冶法,并在其基础上发展而来,是治疗痤疮的有效方法之一。笔者从中药熏洗剂、散剂、酊剂、软膏剂、面膜、倒模、凝胶剂等方面,综述了古今医家应用外治法治疗寻常型痤疮的概况。

Abstract：Acne belongs to the category of pulmonary wind acne in Chinese medicine.External treatment of Chinese medicine originated and developed from the internal therapy of Chinese medicine，serving as one of the effective therapies for acne.The authors summarized the general situation of treating acne vulgaris with external therapy from the perspectives of fumigation，powder，tincture，ointment，mask，reverse mould and gel in Chinese medicine.
