小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的辨证分型和用药分析

摘要：依据中医学对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎病因病机的认识,将该病辨证分型为外感寒热、痞阻中焦,食滞胃肠、腑气不通,肠间痰核、气血瘀滞3型,结合小儿生理病理特点,采用平衡寒热、理气助运、散结化瘀等治法对小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大进行辨证论治。

Abstract：According to the understanding towards etiology and pathogenesis of infantile mesenteric lymphadenitis in Chinese medicine，the disease was differentiated into cold and hot exogenous pathogen obstructing in the middle energizer，food retented in the stomach with viscera qi blocked，phlegm node in the intestines with qi-blood stagnation.Differentiate patterns of infantile mesenteric lymphadenopathy by combining the etiology and pathogenesis of children，and treat with balancing cold and heat，rectifying qi to promote transportation，dissipating masses with dissolving stasis.
