从筋膜理论探讨张仲景葛根剂的运用思路

摘要：通过研习成都中医药大学陈潮祖教授阐发的筋膜理论,提出可以从葛根缓急止痛、解痉止呕、解痉止泻、解痉平喘探讨张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中葛根汤、葛根加半夏汤、桂枝加葛根汤、葛根芩连汤、奔豚汤中葛根的临床运用思路,为阐述葛根系列方剂提供理论依据,为拓展葛根系列方剂的临床运用提供新的思路。

Abstract：By studying the fascia theory illustrated by CHEN Chaozu，a professor of Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine，the author points out that the application of Gegen in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases(Shang Han Za Bing Lun)of ZHANG Zhongjing，which includes Gegen tang，Gegen plus Banxia tang，Guizhi plus Gegen tang，Gegen Qinlian tang and Bentun tang，can be discuss from the actions of Gegen，which includes relieving pain softly，arresting convulsions，vomiting and diarrhea，as well as relieving panting.It provides a theoretical basis for elaborating Gegen prescriptions，and provides new ideas for its clinical application.
