小儿葫芦散联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗痰湿蕴肺型儿童喘息性支气管炎临床观察

摘要：目的：观察小儿葫芦散联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗痰湿蕴肺型儿童喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法：选取70例痰湿蕴肺型喘息性支气管炎患儿，按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组予小儿葫芦散联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗，对照组单纯予富马酸酮替芬片治疗。比较2组临床疗效，记录患儿喘息、咳嗽及哮鸣音缓解时间，观察用药安全性。结果：治疗组临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Z=-2.317，P=0.021）。治疗组显效率80.00%，对照组显效率54.29%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组喘息、咳嗽及哮鸣音缓解时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组治疗过程中均未发生不良反应，治疗前后肝肾功能检测结果均正常。结论：小儿葫芦散联合富马酸酮替芬片治疗痰湿蕴肺型儿童喘息性支气管炎临床效果确切，用药安全性高。

Clinical Observation of Xiao'er Hulu San Combined with Ketotifen Fumarate Tablets for Asthmatic Bronchitis in Children with Syndrome of Phlegm-Dampness Accumulation in Lung
Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect and drug safety of Xiaoer Hulu San combined with ketotifen fumarate tablets for asthmatic bronchitis in children with syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulation in lung.MethodsSelected 70 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis with syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulation in lung，and divided them into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table，35 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Xiaoer Hulu San combined with ketotifen fumarate tablets for treatment，while the control group was only given ketotifen fumarate tablets for treatment.Compared the clinical effect between the two groups，recorded the remission time of asthma， cough， and wheezing rale of children， and observed the drug safety.ResultsThe curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group，the difference being significant(Z=-2.317，P=0.021).The obvious effective rate was 80.00%in the treatment group and 54.29%in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).The remission time of asthma，cough，and wheezing rale in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05).There was no adverse reaction being found in both groups.The detection results of hepatic and renal function of both groups before and after treatment were normal.ConclusionThe therapy of Xiaoer Hulu San combined with ketotifen fumarate tabletsfor asthmaticbronchitisin children with syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulation in lung has exact clinical effect and high drug safety.
