补肾活血中药在膝骨关节炎中的应用概况

摘要：膝骨关节炎（KOA）是一种以膝关节退行性改变为主的疾病，临床中老年KOA辨证多以肾虚血瘀型为主，以补肾活血类中药治疗肾虚血瘀型KOA具有良好临床疗效。笔者通过查阅近年文献，对补肾活血类中药及其联合他法治疗KOA的临床运用作一概述，以期为临床治疗本病选方用药提供参考。

Application Situation of Chinese Medicine of Reinforcing Kidney and Activating Blood for Knee Osteoarthritis
Abstract：Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a kind of disease mainly based on degenerative change of knee joint， and the clinical syndrome differentiation of KOA in the middle-aged and elderly people is mainly based on kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.The therapy of Chinese medicine of reinforcing kidney and activating blood in treating KOA of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type has a significant clinical effect.The authors reviewed the literature in recent years and summarized the clinical application of Chinese medicine of reinforcing kidney and activating blood and its combination treatment with other therapies in treating KOA，so as to provide references for the prescription selection and medication of treating KOA.
