从五脏相关理论论治腹泻型肠易激综合征

摘要：腹泻型肠易激综合征病程长，病因复杂，其本在脾，涉及心、肝、肺、肾。基于五脏相关学说对腹泻型肠易激综合征的病因病机进行了探讨分析；治疗上认为从脾论治为腹泻型肠易激综合征基本治则，并进一步提出从肝脾相关、心脾相关、脾肾相关、肺脾相关论治的诊治思路。

Treatment from Five-viscera Correlation Theory for Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea
Abstract：Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea(IBS-D)has long duration and complex causes，the root cause of which lies in spleen，relating to heart，liver，lung and kidney.Based on the five-viscera correlation theory，the authors discussed and analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of IBS-D；in terms of treatment，the author believed that treatment from spleen was the basic principle for treating IBS-D，and put forward further thoughts of the treatment based on the theory of liver-spleen correlation，heart-spleen correlation，spleen-kidney correlation and lung-spleen correlation.
