中医扶正祛邪法治疗顽固性湿疹思路浅探

摘要：顽固性湿疹病因病机复杂，正虚是发病的根本原因；湿邪为主要致病因素，且易留恋不去，贯穿始终。治疗上提出扶正为主、兼顾祛邪的大法；扶正多从补肺气、健运脾胃、运通扶阳三个方面出发，祛邪宜从蠲除顽湿、因势利导着手，临床疗效显著。

Discussion on Thoughts of the Treatment for Obstinate Eczema Based on Chinese Medicine Method of Strengthening Body Resistance to Eliminate Pathogenic Factors
Abstract：Obstinate eczema has complex etiology and pathogenesis.Deficiency of healthy qi is fundamental cause of the disease，while pathogenic dampness which is stagnant in nature and may throughout the course of the disease is main pathogenic factor.The authors put forward that the treatment should emphasize on strengthening the body resistance and take eliminating pathogenic factors into consideration.Strengthening body resistance mainly starts from three aspects including reinforcing lung qi， invigorating spleen and stomach， and transporting and reinforce yang， while eliminating pathogenic factors begins with dispelling stubborn dampness and giving judicious guidance according to circumstances，which has significant clinical effect.
