Objective：To observe the effect of Buxue Yangxin Xiaoliu tang combined with Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin pills on the levels of T cell subsets，carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carcinomacmbryonic antigen(CEA)as well as quality of life in breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.Methods：According to the therapeutic methods，102 cases of patients with breast cancer were divided into the control group I，the control group II and the combination group，34 cases in each group.The three groups were all given the routine postoperative chemotherapy，while the control group I additionally received Buxue Yangxin Xiaoliu tang for treatment，the control group II additionally received Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin pills for treatment，and the combination group additionally received Buxue Yangxin Xiaoliu tang combined with Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin pills for treatment.The course of treatment for the three groups lasted for 4 months.During admission and after the course of treatment，stastically analyzed and compared Chinese medicine syndrome scores，levels of serum T cell subsetindexes(CD3+， CD4+， CD8+， CD4+/CD8+)， levels ofcarbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carcinomacmbryonic antigen(CEA)，quality of life scores(EORTC QOL-C30)and the incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups.Results：After treatment，compared Chinese medicine syndrome scores，levels of T cell subsets and serum tumor markers and scores of EORTC QOL-C30 in the three groups，there was significant difference being found(P＜0.05).Chinese medicine syndrome scores and serum CA125，CEA and CD8+in the combination group were all lower than those in the control group I and the control group II；CD3+，CD4+，CD4+/CD8+and scores of EORTC QOL-C30 were higher than those in the control group I and the control group II，differences being significant(P ＜ 0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions was 23.53%in the combination group， comparing with that being 17.65%in the control group I and 11.76%in the control group II，differences being insignificant(P＞0.05).Conclusion：The application of Buxue Yangxin Xiaoliu tang combined with Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin pills can effectively relieve its clinical symptoms，reduce the level of serum tumor markers，improve body immune function and help enhance the quality of life，without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
