LIDongyuan established the method of invigorating spleen-stom ach and replenishing qi for the deficiency and sinking of spleen qiand to treatm any diseases and syndromes generated by the invasion of internal and external pathogens that was caused by the deficiency and sinking of sp leen qi.This paper discusses the most common diseases of the head，chest and abdomen generated by blood stasis that is caused by deficiency and sinking of spleen qi.The authors follow ed Li’s composing prescriptions and applied the method of invigorating spleen-stom ach and replenishing qicom bined with method of activating blood and resolving stasis for treatment.This paper includes those experience and lists the clinical cases of vertigo，chest stuffiness and dysmenorrhea as evidence.
