Objective：To observe the clinical effect of postauricular injection of gastrodin and lidocaine combined with threshold sound conditioning(TSC)therapy for idiopathic tinnitus.Methods：Selected 96 cases of patients with idiopathic tinnitus as the study objects and divided them into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table，with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TSC therapy and the observation group was additionally given the postauricular injection of gastrodin and lidocaine on the basis of TSC therapy.After treatment，compared the clinical effect in the two groups and observed the improvement of the degree of tinnitus in patients.Results：The total effective rate was 93.75% in the observation group and 81.25% in the control group，compared the two groups，difference being significant(P＜ 0.05).After treatment，the scores of tinnitus volume and psychological adaptation degree in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P ＜ 0.05)；the scores of tinnitus volume and psychological adaptation degree in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment，the scores of tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)and the severity of tinnitus in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜ 0.05)；the scores of THI and the severity of tinnitus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The application of postauricular injection of gastrodin and lidocaine combined with TSC therapy for idiopathic tinnitus can effectively relieve the symptoms of tinnitus，and the curative effect is better than that of the treatment with TSCtherapy alone.
