Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of He's Bushen Liangxue Antai prescription combined with psychological intervention for threatened abortion complicated with endometrial cavity fluid of kidney deficiency and blood heat type. Methods：A total of 88 cases of patients who were pregnant for fewer than 12 weeks and diagnosed as threatened abortion complicated with endometrial cavity fluid were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with progesterone combined with psychological intervention，and the observation group was treated with psychological intervention combined with He's Bushen Liangxue Antai prescription. Before and after treatment，the Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the levels of progesterone(P) and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) in serum in the two groups were observed. After treatment， the pregnancy outcome of three months and total curative effect in the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment，the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased(P＜0.05)，and the levels of P and HCG in serum were increased(P＜0.05)； compared with that in the control group， the improvement of Chinese medicine syndrome scores and levels of P and HCG in serum in the observation group was more significant(P＜0.05). Compared with those in the control group，the ongoing pregnancy rate of three months in the observation group was higher and the abortion rate was lower(P＜0.05)；the total curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： He's Bushen Liangxue Antai prescription combined with psychological intervention in intervening early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency and blood heat type can significantly relieve clinical symptoms，improve the serum hormones which are helpful for fetal protection， increase the pregnancy rate， reduce the occurrence of abortion， and increase the overall effect.
