    摘要:

    目的:探讨红花注射液对痛经模型小鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、Ca2+、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 的影响。方法:将ICR雌性未孕小鼠24只,随机分为空白组、模型组、红花组3组。模型组和红花组运用雌激素联合缩宫素法诱发原发性痛经模型。空白组及模型组给予生理盐水,红花组给予红花注射液,连续7 天。测定小鼠血清NO、Ca2+、MDA、SOD 含量,子宫称重并计算子宫系数,制备子宫切片观察腺体增生、炎细胞浸润以及上皮化生情况。结果:与空白组比较,模型组小鼠扭体次数、子宫系数、血清Ca2+、MDA水平增高(P<0.01,P<0.05),血清NO含量下降(P<0.05),SOD水平降低但差异无统计学意义。与模型组比较,红花组小鼠扭体次数、子宫系数、血清Ca2+、MDA水平降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),血清NO含量增高(P<0.05),SOD水平升高但差异无统计学意义。结论:红花注射液对小鼠痛经有缓解作用,其作用机制可能与增加血液中NO,降低MDA、Ca2+含量有关。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of safflower injection on nitric oxide(NO),Ca2 +,malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum in model mice with dysmenorrhea. Methods:A total of 24 female non- pregnant ICR mice were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group and the safflower group. Except for the blank group, the other two groups were given estrogen combined with oxytocin to induce the primary dysmenorrhea models. The blank group and the model group were given saline,and the safflower group was given safflower injection. All groups were treated for seven days. The contents of NO,Ca2+,MDA and SOD in serum of mice were measured,the uterus was weighed,and the uterine coefficient was calculated. The uterine sections were prepared to observe the gland hyperplasia,inflammatory cell infiltration and intestinal metaplasia. Results: Compared with those in the control group, the writhing times, the uterine coefficient and the levels of Ca2 + and MDA in serum in the model group were increased(P<0.01,P<0.05);the content of NO in serum was decreased(P<0.05); the level of SOD was decreased, but there was no significance in the difference.Compared with those in the model group,the writhing times,uterine coefficient and the levels of Ca2+ and MDA in serum in the safflower group were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05);the content of NO in serum was increased(P<0.05);the level of SOD was increased, but there was no significance in the difference. Conclusion: Safflower injectioncan can alleviate dysmenorrhea in mice,whose mechanism may be related to increasing NO in blood as well as decreasing the contents of MDA and Ca2+.
