Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of thumbtack needle(intradermal needle) combined with rehabilitation training for dysphagia in Parkinson disease. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with dysphagia in Parkinson disease were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. Based on drug therapy, the control group was additionally given swallowing rehabilitation training, and the treatment group was additionally treated with thumbtack needle based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after two courses of treatment, the changes in Fujishima swallowing scores,Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA) scores were observed in the two groups. The efficacy evaluation results of water swallow test in the two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group, higher than that of 53.33% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,Fujishima swallowing scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P< 0.01),and SSA scores were decreased(P<0.01);Fujishima swallowing score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05) and SSA score was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of thumbtack needle combined with rehabilitation training can effectively treat dysphagia in Parkinson disease.
