Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Naoxintong capsules combined with butylphthalide on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and its effect on serum D-dimer(DD). Methods:A total of 104 patients with ACI were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection, and the treatment group was treated with Naoxintong capsules combined with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection. The changes in the indexes of coagulation function, levels of blood lipid, scores of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Barthel index before and after treatment, and the clinical effect as well as adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 96.15% in the treatment group, higher than that of 82.69% in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with those before treatment, the DD levels, levels of triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC),and NIHSS scores in both groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05), and activated partial thrombin time(APTT), the thrombin time(PT) and scores of Barthel index were increased(P<0.05); Compared with those in the control group after treatment, the DD level, APTT, levels of TG and TC,and the NIHSS score were lower in the treatment group(P<0.05),and the PT and score of Barthel index were higher(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P> 0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Naoxintong capsules combined with butylphthalide is effective in the treatment of ACI patients, which can improve the coagulation function and the blood lipid level, promote the recovery of nerve function and improve the quality of life with fewer adverse reactions.
