Abstract： This paper introduces Professor SUN Yuxin's clinical experience in using Yunpi Decoction. Based on the thought and theory of transporting and unblocking methods of the eight methods for the treatment of internal diseases of Chinese Medicine Master ZHANG Lei，Professor SUN Yuxin established Yunpi Decoction based on the principle of "the spleen being healthy when transporting" and "fu- organs being smooth when unblocking". The main function of Yunpi Decoction is to transport the spleen and remove accumulation，promote digestion and guide out stagnation，and it treats the spleen and stomach simultaneously. According to the theories of "accumulating in the stomach and locking in the lung"，and of "the spleen governing the muscles"， the decoction can be modified in clinical practice according to emphasis on different main medicine. It can be used to treat the spleen and stomach diseases caused by food accumulation in the stomach and dampness accumulation in the spleen，and can also be used for lung diseases and skin diseases，which has the effect of treating different diseases together.
