Abstract：Objective：To respectively study the clinical effect of the therapy of Yinxing Tongzhi Dripping Pills combined with Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with heart blood stasis obstruction syndrome and its effect on myocardial enzymes and orrhology indexes. Methods：A total of 82 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with heart blood stasis obstruction syndrome admitted to Ningbo Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects. According to different treatment methods， they were divided into two groups， with 41 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Yinxing Tongzhi Dropping Pills combined with Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets，and the control group was treated with Aspirin Enteric- Coated Tablets. Both groups were treated for five weeks. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and clinical effects，the changes of myocardial enzyme indexes [creatine kinase (CK)，creatine kinase MB (CK-MB)，lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)，α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH)]，oxidative stress indexes [superoxide dismutase (SOD)， total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC)， malondialdehyde (MDA)， and endothelin-1 (ET-1)]，fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF21) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) before and after treatment， and the incidence of adverse reactions were respectively compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment， the levels of CK， CK-MB， LDH and α -HBDH in the two groups were dwindled，and the levels of CK，CK-MB，LDH and α-HBDH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，differences being significant (P＜0.05)；after treatment，the levels of SOD and T-AOC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment， and the levels of MDA， ET-1，FGF21 and hs-CRP were lower than those before treatment；the levels of SOD and T-AOC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the levels of MDA，ET-1，FGF21 and hs-CRP were lower than those in the control group， differences being significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rates of the curative effects of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，differences being significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea，headache tention，dizziness，rash and stomach discomfort in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the difference being significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Yinxing Tongzhi Dripping Pills combined with Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets has a great curative effect on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with heart blood stasis obstruction syndrome， which can reduce the myocardial enzymes and oxidative stress responses，and improve the clinical symptoms with certain safety.
