Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy for patientswith diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and its influence on hematopoietic and immune function.Methods：Divided 80 cases of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(lung-spleen qi deficiency type)intervened by chemotherapy into two groups randomly， 40 cases in each group.Both groups receivedR-CHOP21 chemotherapy，while the observation group additionally received intravenous drip of Shenqi Fuzheng injection，21 days as one course.Both groups received four chemotherapeutic courses.Compared the clinical effect as well as immune function between the two groups.Results：After treatment，indexes such as CD4+，CD3+and CD4+/CD8+in both groups were decreased，comparing with those before treatment，differences being significant(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment，indexes in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group，differences being significant(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment，levels of IgA，IgG and IgM were decreased，differences being significant(P ＜ 0.05)；after treatment，immunoglobulin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 85.0%in the control group and 92.5%in the observation group，no significance being found in the difference(P＞0.05).The total occurrence rate of adverse reaction such as leukopenia，anemia，thrombocytopenia was compared between the two groups，differences being significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion：Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy has significant effect on treating diffuse large B-cell lymphoma，and it can effectively alleviate myelosuppression and immune function damage caused by chemotherapy.
