Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine nursing intervention on negative emotions of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:Selected 84 cases of patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital,and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine therapy and nursing,while the observation group additionally receivedChinese medicine nursing based on the treatment of the control group.Compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,and observed the improvements of pessimism,anxiety and other negative emotions of patients.Results:The total satisfaction rate was 95.24%in the observation group and was 76.19%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,no significance was found in scores of pessimism,anxiety,depression,fear of the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,scores of those four negative emotions were declined when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Additional Chinese medicine nursing intervention based on routine therapy and nursing can effectively improve negative emotions of patients as well as the nursing satisfaction.
