ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of herbal fumigation combined with ultrashort wave therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis.MethodsDivided 50 casesof patientswith scapulohumeral periarthritisenrolled in theobservation into two groups randomly,25 cases in each group. The control group receivedthe oral treatment of celecoxib capsules, while the observation group received the treatment of herbal fumigation combined with ultrashort wave therapy.Compared the clinical effect and pain degree of shoulder joints in both groups.ResultsComparing clinical effect in both groups, the total effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group and 72.0% in the control group, difference being significant(P<0.05).Compared improvement of pain degree of shoulder joints in both groups, the difference being significant(P < 0.05).Comparing the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)in both groups before and after treatment, difference being significant(P < 0.05),and the score in the observation group was better than that in the control group.ConclusionHerbal fumigation combined with ultrashort wave therapy can effectively release the pain of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis and improve the clinical effect.
