Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of external application of antiphlogistine for acute gouty arthritis.MethodsDivided 100 cases of patients with acute gouty arthritis into the control group and the observation group randomly.The observation group receivedantiphlogistine for treatment,while the control group received voltaren.Observed Chinese medicine syndrome scores and pain relief of patients before and after treatment,and observed allergic conditions of skin of patients.ResultsThe total effective rate was 90.0%in the observation group and was 72.0%in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the comparison of joint red swelling scores between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P<0.05).Joint red swelling scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group.ConclusionExternal application of antiphlogistine for acute gouty arthritis has exact curative effect,which can improve symptom of joint red swelling.
