The pathogenesis of sacroiliitis is complicated.Because of its obscure early symptoms and difficulty in being diagnosed， the disease is easy to be misdiagnosed and treated wrongly， which can bring great pain to the patients.Therefore，early diagnosis plays an important role in the treatment and follow-up.At present，the treatment of sacroiliitis is mainly non-surgical treatment.Through non-surgical treatment，the symptoms of most patients can be relieved and the curative effect is clear.This paper will introduce the recent research progress of diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of sacroiliitis.
