Objective： To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect of Bufei Jianpi Tongqiao tang for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHA)in children.Methods：Selected 80 cases of children with OSAHS fromJanuary 1 st ，2016 to June 30 th ，2017 and made a retrospective research on their clinical data.All children received continuously treatment of Bufei Jianpi Tongqiao tang for fourweeks.Evaluated the clinicaleffect and compared the Chinese medicine syndrome scores，apnea hypopnea index(AHI)，obstructive apnea index(OAI)and arterial blood oxygen saturation(SAO 2 ).Results：The clinical total effective rate was 80.00%.After treatment，Chinese medicine syndrome scores of children were lower than those before treatment； SAO 2 was higher than that before treatment； AHI and OAIwere lower than those before treatment，differences being significant( P ＜0.05).Conclusion：The clinical effect of Bufei Jianpi Tongqiao tang for OSAHA in children is significant.The therapy can effectively relieve symptoms and improve blood oxygen and respiration of children at night.
