This paper briefly analyzes the reason why the Guizhi tang can treat the pernicious vomiting.The main reason is that it can horizontal thrust drop inverse and regulating ying-wei.This paper also gives examples to prove the reliability and safety of applying Guizhi tang in clinical practice，which is of great significance for pregnancy reaction of women on medication.
