This paper explores and summ arizes the characteristics of gynecological medication in the Unp ritend YE's Medical Records，so as to understand YE's thoughts on gynecologicalmedication and improve the clinical effect of it in Chinese medicine.It deconstructs the medical records about gynecology in the Unp ritend YE's Medical Records，and analyzes the YE's characteristics of gynecologicalmedication in com bination with clinical experience.It is concluded that YE's gynecologicalmedication has distinctive characteristics，which present as unblocking and tonifying extra meridian，flexible usage of classical prescriptions， refined and delicate classical prescriptions， and w armly dredging and sophisticated medication.The characteristics and clinicalexperience of his medication have great enlightenment to gynecologicalmedication now adays.
