Tourette syndrome is a type of neuropsychical disease occurring in childhood.Differences exist in the susceptibility of disease and the tendency of pathological changes due to various types of constitution of patients.The authors explored the decrease in the susceptibility and tendency of pathological changes by means of regulating the imbalance in four types of constitution including stirring wind due to liver-yang hyperactivity constitution，qi depression transforming into fire constitution，spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity constitution and stirring wind due to yin deficiency constitution based on constitution differentiation，thus to achieve the goal of preventing and treating disease.
