To analyse the the correlation between high frequency ultrasound diagnosis of breast hyperplasia type and Chinese medicine syndromes. Methods:after admission,Examined 749 cases of patients with breast hyperplasia by high frequency ultrasound before treatment, and diagnosed them by biopsy or postoperative pathology to make a clear diagnosis. At the same time, they were classified under the support of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation theory and analyzed the relationship between the type of breast hyperplasia and Chinese medicine syndromes. Results:Among 749 cases of patients with breast hyperplasias,405 cases(54.07%)showed liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,136 cases(18.16%)showed intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, and 208 cases(27.77%)had Chongren dysfunction syndrome. There was significant difference being found in multiple comparison of the clinical data such as age, course of disease, menstrual abnormality rate, reproductive history, induced abortion rate, pregnancy times with liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and Chongren dysfunction syndrome(P<0.05).In the breast hyperplasia with liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome, the proportion of simple lobular hyperplasia(73.33%)was the highest;in the intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, the cystic lobule of 55.88%was the highest, and in the Chongren dysfunction syndrome, the lobular hyperplasia(53.85%)was more common. There were significant differences being found in multiple comparison of the proportions of different types of breast hyperplasia and the detection of blood flow signals in the vicinity of hyperplastic lesions in different Chinese medicine syndrome types(P<0.05).Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound can obtain good clinical value in the diagnosis of breast hyperplasias.Lobular hyperplasia is the most common type in breast hyperplasias with liver depression and qi satagnation syndrome, and the liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome is the most common type of breast hyperplasias in Chinese medicine syndrome types. The application of high-frequency ultrasound for understanding the types of breast hyperplasias and the syndrome differentiation of patients under the support of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation theory helps to provide a better clinical basis for the development of scientific and rational diagnosis and treatment plans.
