To observe the curative effect of immersion in Dongju lotion combined with early rehabilitation training on recovery of the tissues and function of the hands in patients with hand burns. Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with deep second-degree burns on hands in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given early rehabilitation training, and the observation group was additionally treated with immersion in Dongju lotion based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment, the curative effect, the recovery time of wounds, the recovery of appearance and function of hands and the adverse reactions were observed. Results:After treatment, the healing time of wounds on hands was(19.3±2.1)days in the observation group, shorter than that of(22.6±2.8)days in the control group, the difference being significant(P< 0.05).After treatment for 15 days, the total effective rate was 88.33%in the observation group, higher than that of 75.00%in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05).Compared the scare formation in the two groups after treatment for three months and six months respectively, differences were significant(P < 0.05).After treatment for three months, the comparison of the values of the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)in the two groups showed significance in the difference(P< 0.05).After treatment for six months, the comparison of the values of VSS in the two groups showed significance in the difference(P < 0.05).After treatment, the indexes of the hand function in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05);the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reaction occurred during hospitalization. Conclusion:The therapy of immersion in Dongju lotion combined with early rehabilitation training can significantly accelerate the recovery of the hand function in patients with hand burns, with no adverse reaction.
