To observe the clinical effect of Ankun granules for abnormal vaginal bleeding after implanting intrauterine contraceptive device.Methods：Divided 76 cases of patients with abnormal vaginal bleeding after implanting intrauterine contraceptive device into two groups by using the sealed envelope method，38 cases in each group.The study group received Ankun granules，while the control group received routine western medicine.After treatment for 3 menstrual cycles，compared the clinical effect and Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 94.74%in the study group and 55.26%in the control group，difference being significant(P＜0.05).After treatment，such Chinese medicine syndrome scores as menstrual cycle，menstrual color and texture，dry throat and mouth，feverish sensation in chest，palms and soles and blood loss in the study group were all better than those in the control group，difference being significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion：Ankun granules have significant therapeutic effect in treating abnormal bleeding after implanting intrauterine contraceptive device，which can effectively stanch bleeding and improve the syndromes of patients.
