To observe the clinical effect of Bazhen Yimu capsules combined with low-dose mifepristone for adenomyosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods：A total of 140 cases of patients with adenomyosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups，70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone tablets orally，and the observation group was treated with Bazhen Yimu capsules combined with low-dose mifepristone orally.The clinical effect in the two groups was evaluated，and the changes in the related indexes before and after treatment were observed.Results：The total effective rate was 92.86%in the observation group，higher than that of 71.43%in the control group，the difference being significant(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment，the scores of dysmenorrhea in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment，the degree of improvement in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.01).The total effective rate of syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis was 94.52%in the observation group，higher than that of 31.50%in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).After treatment，the uterine volumes in the two groups were smaller than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The reduction of the uterine volume in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment，the sizes of adenomyoma in the two groups were smaller than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The reduction of the size of adenomyoma in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The therapy of Bazhen Yimu capsules combined with low-dose mifepristone in treating adenomyosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type has significant curative effect，which can more effectively reduce the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis and degree of dysmenorrhea.
