To observe the effect of Yiqi Liangxue Quyu Tang combined with western medicine in the treatment of advanced postpartum hemorrhage in parturient women，and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods：A total of 120 women with advanced postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method，60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leonurus tablets and cefradin capsules，and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Liangxue Quyu Tang based on the treatment of the control group.Chinese medicine syndrome scores，serum interleukin-6(IL-6)，C-reactive protein(CRP)，levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)，bleeding cessation time，uterine regression and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results：The total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group，significantly higher than that of 80.00%in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment，there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines between the two groups(P＞ 0.05).After treatment，the levels of IL-6，CRP and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，differences being statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment，there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05).After treatment，Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，differences being significant(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment，the bleeding cessation time and three diameters of uterine in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The therapy of Yiqi Liangxue Quyu Tang combined with western medicine can improve the condition of patients with late postpartum hemorrhage by reducing the level of inflammatory factors，which is worthy of promotion and with significant therapeutic effect.
