To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with Kaihoujian spray for herpetic stomatitis in children.Methods：Divided 92 cases of patients with herpetic stomatitis in children into the study group and the control group randomly，46 cases in each group.Both groups received the routine symptomatic treatment； the control group received Kaihoujian spray，while the study group additionally received Kangfuxin solution.Recorded the defervescence time，the disappearance time of herpes and the disappearance time of pain，and compared the levels of CD3，CD4 and CD4/CD8 in both groups before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 95.65%in the study group and 80.43%in the control group，difference being significant(P ＜ 0.05).The defervescence time，the disappearance time of herpes and the disappearance time of pain in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group，difference being significant(P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment，comparing the levels of CD3，CD4 and CD4/CD8 in both groups，there was no significant difference being found(P＞ 0.05).After treatment， the levels of CD3，CD4 and CD4/CD8 in both groups were significantly increased(P ＜ 0.05)； the levels of CD3，CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion：Kangfuxin solution combined with Kaihoujian spray has exact therapeutic effect in treating herpetic stomatitis in children.
