火制法对中药饮片化学成分及临床疗效影响的研究

    摘要:

    目的:探讨火制法对中药饮片的化学成分及临床疗效的影响。方法:选择服用同种方剂治疗的150例患者作为研究对象,排除重症、急症以及慢性疾病患者。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各75例。对照组给予未经炮制的中药治疗,观察组给予火制法炮制的饮片治疗。观察临床治疗效果。结果:对照组总有效率为81.33%,观察组总有效率93.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为12.00%,观察组不良反应发生率为2.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组糖类、生物碱类、黄铜类、皂苷类溶出量均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药饮片经火制法炮制后临床疗效更好,且可以减少不良反应,促进患者恢复健康。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the effect of fire preparing method on chemical constituents and clinical effect of Chinese herbal pieces.Methods:Selected 150 cases of patients treated with homologous prescription as study objects,excluding the patients with severe,acute and chronic diseases.Divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with unprocessed Chinese medicine,while the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal pieces processed by fire preparing method.Observed the clinical curative effect.Results:The total effective rate was 81.33%in the control group and 93.33%in the observation group,compared the two groups,difference being significant(P < 0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.00%in the control group and 2.66%in the observation group,difference being significant(P < 0.05);the dissolved amount of carbohydrate,alkaloids,flavonoids and saponins in the observation group was evidently higher than that in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chinese herbal pieces processed by fire preparing method has better clinical effect and can reduce adverse reactions and promote the recovery of patients.
