To observe the clinical effect of Cuiru tang combined with acupoint massage for puerperal hypogalactia.Methods：Divided 64 cases of patients with puerperal hypogalactia into two groups randomly，32 cases in each group.The study group received Cuiru tang combined with acupoint massage，while the control group only received the oral administration of Cuiru tang.After treatment for 7 days， compared the clinical effect， lactation yield and the amount of breastfeeding supplement in both groups.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 93.75%in the study group and 65.62%in the control group，difference being significant(P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment，comparing the lactation yield and the amount of breastfeeding supplement in both groups，there was no significant difference being found(P＞0.05).After treatment，the lactation yield in both groups was significantly increased，and the amount of breastfeeding supplement was decreased(P ＜ 0.05)；comparing the lactation yield and the amount of breastfeeding supplement in-between the two groups，there was significant difference being found(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The application of Cuiru tang combined with acupoint massage has significant therapeutic effect in treating patients with puerperal hypogalactia，which can effectively promote normal lactation，increase lactation yield and decrease the amount of breastfeeding supplement.
