To discuss the effect of the therapy of Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppositor combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules and nursing in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：A total of 108 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method，54 cases in each group.All patients were given comprehensive nursing；the control group was additionally given Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppositor，and the observation group was additionally treated with Guizhi Fuling capsules based on the treatment of control group.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results： After treatment， the depth of pelvic effusion and the diameter of inflammatory mass were decreased in both groups，and the decrease was greater in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(Z=2.792，P＜0.05).The length of stay of patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，and the score of nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion：In the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease，the therapy of Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppositor combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules and nursing can improve the therapeutic effect，reduce the length of stay，increase nursing satisfaction.
