Objective：To observe the curative effect of Songling Xuemaikang capsules combined with aspirin for acute cerebral infarction and its effect on cerebral artery blood flow and nerve function.Methods：A total of 60 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the observation group and the control group by the odd-even number grouping method，30 cases in each group.After admission，both groups were given routine basic treatment，the control group was additionally treated with aspirin，and the observation group was additionally treated with Songling Xuemaikang capsules combined with aspirin.After treatment for six months，the cerebral artery blood flow velocity，the recovery of nerve function and the clinical effect in the two groups were compared.Results：Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the cerebral artery blood flow velocity and the scores of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)in the two groups(P＞ 0.05).After treatment，the cerebral artery blood flow velocity in the two groups was increased，and the one in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05)；the scores of NIHSS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group，significantly higher than that of 73.33% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜ 0.05).Conclusion：The therapy of Songling Xuemaikang capsules combined with aspirin for acute cerebral infarction has definite curative effect and is conducive to improving the cerebral artery blood flow velocity and reducing the defect degree of nerve function，which has important value in clinical treatment.
