Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Anluo Huaxian pills combined with entecavir tablets for liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods：Selected 90 cases of patients with liver fibrosis in CHB as study subjects，and divided them into two groups randomly.Both groups received the oral administration of entecavir tablets，while the observation group additionally received Anluo Huaxian pills.The treatment of both groups lasted for 12 months.Compared the therapeutic effect in both groups，and detected the indexes of liver function[alanine aminotransferase(ALT)，aspartate aminotransferase(AST)，total bilirubin(TBil)]and indexes of liver fibrosis[hyaluromic acid(HA)，laminin(LN)，procollagen peptide(P P)，collagen ( C)]before and after treatment.Results：After treatment for 12 months，the total effective rate was 93.62% in the observation group，being higher than 74.42% in the control group，difference being significant(P ＜0.05).The levels of ALT，AST，TBil，HA，LN，P P and C in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P ＜0.05)；each index above in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion：The application of Anluo Huaxian pills combined with entecavir tablets can significantly improve the liver function of patients with liver fibrosis in CHB and help to prolong the progression of liver fibrosis，thus to enhance therapeutic effect.
