Objective： To discuss the effect of fumigation and washing with Zhikang lotion combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment on infection and healing of surgical wounds and defecation in patients after surgery of hemorrhoidal diseases.Methods：A total of 124 cases of patients with hemorrhoidal diseases were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method，62 cases in each group.After surgery，the control group was treated with antibiotics，and the treatment group was treated with fumigation and washing with Zhikang lotion combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment.After surgery for one day and six days，infection of surgical wounds and defecation were recorded respectively.Results：The total clinical effective rate was 90.32% in the control group，higher than that of 75.81% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).Compared with those on the first day after surgery， the scores of wound swelling， wound exudate and area of wound in the two groups were significantly decreased(P ＜ 0.05)，and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group in the same period(P＜0.05).After surgery，the average healing time of wounds and the average hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The VAS score of anal pain during defecation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The VAS score of anal pain after defecation in the treatment group was lower than that at the same time in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction score of analgesia in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The application of fumigation and washing with Zhikang lotion combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment has significant curative effect in preventing infection of surgical wounds after hemorrhoidal surgery.It can shorten the healing time of wounds，relieve defecation pain，and provide a variety of therapeutic schemes for preventing infection of surgical wounds after surgery，which has certain clinical popularization values.
