Objective:To discuss the effect of Chinese medicine nursing on the improvement of gastrointestinal reactions in tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 150 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine nursing based on the treatment of the control group.The gastrointestinal reactions in the two groups were compared during treatment.Results:After intervention,the total incidence was 34.67% in the observation group and 66.67% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the total satisfaction rate was 84.00% in the observation group,higher than that of 68.67% in the control group,the difference being significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:For tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy,the intervention of Chinese medicine nursing significantly can reduce gastrointestinal reactions and is easy to be accepted by them,which is conducive to treatment with safety,reliance and satisfactory clinical effect.
