Abstract:Objective:To analyze the point selection rule of acupuncture for Post-Stroke Anxiety Disorder(PSAD),and to provide reference for its clinical treatment. Methods: The literatures related to acupuncture for PSAD released from the establishment day of each database to July 10, 2019, were searched through computer from China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI), China Science Periodical Database, Chinese Citation Database, China Biology Medicine(CBM), and PubMed. Descriptive analysis was conduct based on a database established via Excel software. Association rule analysis and cluster analysis were conducted via SPSS20.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software. Results: In the treatment of PSAD, the used points ranking top ten were Baihui(DU20), Neiguan(PC6), Shenmen(HT7), Yintang(EX- HN3), Taichong(LV3), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Shenting(DU24), Sishencong(EX- HN1), Zusanli(ST36) and Hegu(LI4); the majority of meridians were governor vessel, pericardium channel of hand- shaoyin and pericardium channel of hand- jueyin;the selected points were mainly on the head, upper and lower limbs;in terms of specific points, intersecting points were mostly used, followed by source point. The results of correlation analysis of high-frequency acupuncture point show that the points with highest overall support were Baihui(DU20), Yintang(EX- HN3), Sishencong(EX- HN1), Shenmen(HT7), and Neiguan(PC6); six effective clustering groups and five commonly used point combinations were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion:The treatment of PSAD by acupuncture mainly starts from "the heart and brain" and pays attention to local point selection and point selection based on meridians, focusing on the application of specific points, especially intersection points.
