Abstract:Objective:To discuss the effect of Chinese medicine nursing combined with rehabilitation training for patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods: A total of 110 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Chinese medicine nursing, and the observation group was additionally treated with rehabilitation training based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment, the changes in each index in labs, scores of Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Study (VFSS),Swallowing Quality- of- Life questionnaire(SWAL- QOL) and Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA) as well as swallowing function in the two groups were compared. Results:After nursing, the serum lipids indexes in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05). After nursing, the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of low density lipoprotein(LDL), triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC) were lower, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of VFSS,SWAL-QOL and SSA in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the VFSS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the scores of SWAL-QOL and SSA were lower, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the total effective rate of swallowing function was 96.36% in the observation group and 76.36% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine nursing combined with rehabilitation training can control the clinical symptoms of patients with dysphagia after stroke, effectively improve their swallowing function.
