Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： A total of 94 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy received conservative treatment were divided into the experiment group and the control group according to their order of admission，47 patients in each group. The experiment group was given Chinese medicine nursing measures， and the control group was given general nursing measures. The nursing effect in the two groups was compared. Results： After intervention， the total effective rate was 95.74% in the experiment group and 80.85% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 97.87% in the experiment group and 74.47% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Before nursing，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS) between the two groups(P＞0.05). After nursing，the psychological scores in the two groups were improved when compared with those before nursing， and the difference of the psychological scores between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Based on conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy，the application of Chinese medicine nursing measures can not only improve their anxiety and depression， but also can ensure the clinical effect and enhance the nursing satisfaction.
