Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head(ONFH)is one of the common and difficult clinical osteopathic diseases.As the etiology and pathogenesis of ONFH are not clear， there is no universally accepted treatment for it.In recent years， the incidence of ONFH has gradually increased.The authors reviewed the research progress of surgical treatments of ONFH in recent 5 years，namely，core decompression，bone transplantation，tantalum implantation，osteotomy and artificial hip replacement，in order to provide some enlightenment for the clinical treatment of ONFH.
