Epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors(EGFRIs)， as a relatively mature targeted medicine， have been widely used in the treatment of lung cancer，colorectal cancer and other malignant tumors.However，the related side effects should not be ignored，among which the rash is the most common，and Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of EGFRIs-related rash.The authors reviewed the research progress of Chinese medicine for EGFRIs-related rashes from the aspects of syndrome differentiation，internal and external application.
