Objective：To observe the curative effect of racecadotril combined with Xingpi Yang'er granules for rotaviral enteritis in children.Methods：A total of 82 cases of children with rotaviral enteritis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with racecadotril，and the observation group was additionally treated with Xingpi Yang'er granules based on the treatment of the control group.The levels of myocardial enzymes in serum before and after treatment，the improvement of symptoms and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results：After treatment，the levels of myocardial enzymes in serum in the two groups were all decreased when compared with those before treatment(P ＜ 0.05)，and the levels in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜ 0.05).The duration of fever，diarrhea and vomiting in the observation group was all shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of adverse reactions in the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion：The therapy of racecadotril combined with Xingpi Yang'er granules in treating rotaviral enteritis in children can promote the recovery of myocardial function and the improvement of symptoms with good safety.
