Study on the Effect of Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing Combined with Pointapplication on the Emotion and Quality of Life in Postoperative Patients with Operation for Brain Injury
Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with point-application on the emotion and quality of life in postoperative patients with operation for brain injury.Methods:Divided 108 cases of patients into the control group with 52 cases and the observation group with 56 cases randomly;both groups adopted the comprehensive western medicine nursing measures instructed by psychological nursing,complication prevention,nutritional support and rehabilitation nursing;the observation group was additionally given the intervention of Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with point-application and the course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks;observed and compared the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS), self-esteem scale(SES),ability of daily life(ADL)and health SF-36 scale[including the general health(GH),vitality(VT),social function(SF),emotional role(RE), mental health(MH), physiological function(PF), physiological role(RP), body pain(BP)]in the two groups before and after treatment;and evaluated the nursing satisfaction of patients.Results:After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were obviously decreased when compared with those before treatment(P< 0.05);and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05).After treatment,the SES scores in the two groups were obviously increased when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),while the ADL scores were obviously decreased(P < 0.05);and the improvement of the scores of SES and ADL in the observation group was more evident than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of GH,VT,SF,RE,MH,PF,RP and BP in the two groups were obviously increased when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05);and all the scores mentioned above in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Rank sum test showed that the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with point-application on postoperative patients with operation for brain injury has evident curative effect,which can reduce the degree of anxiety and depression of patients,enhance the degree of self-esteem and living ability of patients and evidently improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
