Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of alendronate sodium and vitamin D3combined with Zishen Gukang prescription for patients with osteoporosis.Methods：Divided 127 cases of patients with osteoporosis into two groups according to the random number table.63 cases in the control group were treated with alendronate sodium and vitamin D3and 64 cases in the observation group were additionally given Zishen Gukang prescription on the basis of alendronate sodium and vitamin D3.Compared the changes of bone mineral density，bone metabolism indexes and immune function in the two groups before and after treatment.Results： After treatment，the density of left femoral neck(LFN)，L1～4and left femoral trochanter in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group，difference being significant(P ＜ 0.05).The levels of human collagen type I cross-linked amino terminal peptide(NTXI)，osteocalcin(BGP)，25-hydroxyvitamin(25-OHD)and β-collagen carboxy terminal peptide(β-CTX)in the observation group were evidently superior to those in the control group，difference being significant(P＜0.05).The comprehensive scores of immune function indexes of IgM，IgG and Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The application of alendronate sodium and vitamin D3combined with Zishen Gukang prescription can effectively enhance the bone mineral density of patients with osteoporosis，improve the bone metabolism indexes，enhance the immune function of patients and improve the clinical symptoms.
