Nursing Study on Concept of Fast Track Surgery Combined with Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing for Patients with Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture Undergoing PFNA Internal Fixation
Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of concept of fast track surgery combined with Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture undergoing proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA) internal fixation. Methods:A total of 104 cases of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture undergoing PFNA internal fixation were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing methods, and the observation group was additionally intervened with the concept of fast track surgery combined with Chinese medicine characteristic nursing based on the treatment of the control group. The effect of the intervention was compared. Results:After intervention, hip joint function in the two groups was improved(P<0.05). The comparison results after intervention showed that the scores of hip joint in all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). At 72 hours after surgery, the pain degree in the two groups was decreased(P<0.05), and the comparison results showed that the pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidences of constipation, pressure sore, pulmonary infection and deep venous thrombosis between the two groups(P>0.05),and the total incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of concept of fast track surgery combined with Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture undergoing PFNA internal fixation can improve postoperative recovery effect and reduce pain degree and complications.
